by the way, my doorbell just rang and the ups guy delivered a package for me. inside? the sting plaque and screws that i asked for. as well as the sting parchment cert but sadly when i open the envelope, it had tears, thought the envelope is intact...strange.
but have been torn before mailing.

so ronnie, they didnt reply me asking to send 2 sets together, so i think if you want you got to ask yourself? damn... now i got to ask for the cert again, so paiseh. like keep asking for things so cheapskate like that.

nope... they really have excellent service. they always ship priority and in good protection in the box.

well, i agree that the sales personel at the store is very friendly and helpful especially nelson whom i talked with pretty often. he even remembers my name...

that replacement you got, you have every right to ask for. it's their policy to change if your sword has defects provided it's within a year from purchase right?

i must add that UC's service is really tiptop. as i mentioned earlier, they put those air bags to protect the item in the box. and they send it using priority which is more expensive.

the first time was when i found out my shards was missing the authorgraphed cert. i then asked them if they had spares and they said of course they do, they have extras for everything in case of customers request for them. i also asked for the anduril plaque's wooden dowl which they did not include in the product though the instruction paper mentioned it.

they mailed the cert it together with the parchment cert even though i didnt ask for it. and the wooden dowl arrived separately in a box...
now this is real funny. for something so small, they packed it like as though it's some fragile little bomb which will detonate easily.

the small little wooden dowl was put in a small good quality ziplock bag surronded by the air bags again in a box much bigger than the actual item. my dad laughed at their choice of box to contain that little piece.

now they even sent me the plaque at no charge at all. though of course i'm prepared to pay for it. UC's the best!

Bro, msg u regarding the procedures for the claim for the sting plaque... juz wanna check how long did the shipment took?

the paper on the parcel wrote date of shipping as 9th sep. i dont really know what they did, as i saw them stating taiwan and us. so i dont know where it came from or did it actually went to both places before reaching here.

no. i got mine from UC directly. i already mention that caesar's customer service side possibly not really fantastic. i asked if they have plaque for sale and told me they happen to have but without screws. went down to take a look and it was in poor condition though they told me it was in ok condition.

naturally i did not want it so i asked about them bringing in for me. they said i have to wait next year for it to arrive as they will only ship together with their next shipment and will not specially ship it. siao right must wait so long, must pay somemore leh.

UC just send a replacement for free leh...

Got to give the UC sauron's gantlet a miss this time... after a discussion with my wife, she says a cut off hand on display is very scary in the house. Very sway also... So its "no go" for me this time.
