wonder why the helm of sauron appears sooo light in colour??? thot he should be all black?

it is much darker, it's just the lighting.

the initial pics of the guantlet as we had discussed before also was thought to be light in colour. but later a more accurate pic of it was posted. and it shows a much darker tone.

everything about him is huge isnt it. even the sideshow items about him.

oasis, this is the UC helm not ssw helm. ssw's are mini helms. UC ones are all wearable.

try sticking on the sticker of safety test passed or something on it and claim "there! its approved!" lol...

sure get lots of weird looks.... then when you tilt your head down forward when riding, kind of like a bull with horns.

seeing the guy wear it, it seems it's really not that big in relation to the other helms. it's the spikes that make it look much bigger.

hahaha... imagine driving a car and wearing this helm in the middle of the nite... sure to give other drivers a shock at the junction.

already been seeing bootleg versions of the witchking helm. although it is nicely made, but it's not exact to the movie prop.

so unless you really want one badly, i suggest you wait for uc's release. you will not be dissapointed.

i think the high elven set would be very popular. the helm, the shield and the sword. then maybe in the future the spear and armour?

no one has right? i thought they have for weapons and armour. well, maybe in the future who knows. wouldnt be cheap too...

I think a company called Museum something has the license...not sure though..

strange since there has been no official annoucement and pics yet. but like the rest of the uc products, they will only be here next year. reason is they dont want to pay the extra fee monthly for the swords when it hasnt arrive yet.

yah... but uc never officially mention it, only the ranger sword. and so no retailers have put it up for order/sale yet.

that pic was prob just to show how it would look like if they release it. who knows if someone just took noble's hadhafang and place it on the uc base??

guoyi, yeh i think i did mentioned about the closing of caesars at some other thread here. but i just dont know if they are closing that branch and only retain the suntec one or they are moving elsewhere. dont know why... maybe with cheaper sources of similar products elsewhere, less sales. cos i feel that it's lotr uc products that's doing business. not so much on other movie swords.

i didnt mention sentosa's branch cos it's negligible. they should shut that down instead. the branch i understand is aimed at tourists but i dont think many are interested in antique pistols... wonder if they have probs bringing it out of the country or not.

sky, i think the cheapest i know so far for the anduril & scabbard together is not more than $595. the AITO offer is just too great to ignore... since it's free shipping and free scabbard... go get it man! i wonder how they can make profit from this.

How does AITO ship ?? If through USPS, sure they'll scan right ?? But if you take courier, I dont think it will be a problem, you just need to pay tax, which is not much.Couriers also have a duty to send it right to your doorstpe if I'm not mistaken.

I'm not too thrillled by Anduril, I'll look out for other offers/promotions
