You can only get it from BBB since its their product.

Their site is BBB
noelchiew
yes it's not a UC product so st wont be selling it for sure.

prob wait for some sales then get. they sometimes come out with sales. anyway now also not much funds left. will order the belt next time.
Elven Archer
here are pics of the Anduril Scabbard Belt taken from BBB. the belt costs US$99.50 before shipping.

Dat's precisely what I was hitting at. We can combine orders if interested. Should we wait for the Anduril scabbard first? Will the belt be sold out by then?
Wander_fool
hmmm.... but then who would want to collate the order unless u guys wanna make it an unofficial MO. the responsiblity is very great based on the last MO incident. rubchin.gif rubchin.gif but then i juz commenting because im not interested in the scabbard or belt... sorry! laugh.gif

same thing happen to me with sky...

i posted that high elven pic previously... laugh.gif

MO for the belt? i've no rush for that... would wait for a better price.
Elven Archer
I don't think the Anduril Scabbard Belt will sell out. they don't have a set number to make. you realise that for the other scabbard belts they have, waiting time is 4-6 weeks. so even if they don't have one in stock, they will probably make another.
noelchiew
yep, they prob are made to order.

so no rush.... dont worry! it's not LE!
noelchiew
for those of you who are aito customers, they have a good deal on the elven helm n shield. save more if you get both!

check the private sales out.
syuki
Yeah, just ordered the High Elven Shield. rock.gif

Eventhough geting with the helm is cheap....gotta save some money. tongue.gif

This noel go and spoil everything for me, he was the one who started talking about the Anduril belt, now I really want it. dry.gif sad.gif
noelchiew
but by getting both together you will be saving money!

trust my judgement... i've long said about the belt haha...

great... you will love them! now for the elven sword.
askl2000
I've always wanted to buy lotr swords off the net, but will it face customs problems?
noelchiew
no idea, so far my swords are all bought from caesars. if it's not much difference from st's prices, then better to save the hassle.

will let you know if i know anyone who successfully brought in swords without problems.
syuki

Not much difference in prices? Last I checked with Caesars, their pricing not cheap man...even with 20% discount!

Based on my latest purchases last week:

Glamdring. Caesars' member price is not much different from ST's member price. However, ST's retail (non-member) price for Glamdring as posted on their website is significantly higher than Caesars' retail price (before member discount).

Fighting Knives of Legolas. Caesars' member price is somewhat higher (betw $50-$100) than ST's member price. ST's retail price is higher than Caesars retail price by about the same amount.

Scabbards for fighting knives of Legolas: Both Caesars' member and retail prices are higher than ST's member and retail prices (< $50 diff)

Next acquisition: Sword of the Ringwraiths, yeah!
noelchiew
what i see is that st's prices are prob the lowest for most of UC's products. so if you are looking locally, i would say st.

else you can find better prices online. only prob is shipping cost and also customs.

I've attached a couple of pictures of a prototype of King Elessar's Crown, including the display stand with pillow. Since we are still in development of this product, I wanted to hear your opinions and comments, as we value both very much. Still being in development, I do not have a timeframe for availability. The crown prototype is made from resin and gives us the basic shapes we are looking for, but the actual product we produce will be made from solid metals. We feel this will be an excellent addition to our line of high quality LOTR products.

the base reminds me of ssw's. display is nice but i felt it'll would have been better if they have a display cover?
Wander_fool
Wow~~~ laugh.gif laugh.gif not bad lah.... looks like will be my last purchase for UC stuff. wink.gif
syuki
QUOTE
The pillow actually came from the movie. If you look closely at the crowning scene in ROTK you will see Gimli is holding the crown on it. I was hoping there would be a closeup of Gimli in the long version, but no such luck. We will use a movie still of Gimli holding it in our marketing materials when the crown becomes available. You can see it quite clearly. It is actually larger than what we have designed. The base will likely be the same wood finish as all of UC other displays and the resin leaf shapes at the bottom will probably be changed to a silk screen like the swords. I think when you see the real metal crown, not white resin, you'll see the display won't overpower the crown. What I designed is what I imagined the crown would have been displayed on in some chamber of the citadel in Minas Tirith where the crown and Elendil's armor had been kept all those years. A dust cover is doubtful. It would be enormous and would raise the cost too much.

Its better without cover IMO, the would make the cost lesser. Plus it would have added to the weight to an already big display.
Elven Archer
since there's no cover, I'll put it in my glass display.
noelchiew
my first choice would be to put in my showcase but i dont know if i have space for it. else i either make a acrylic case or just find some nice velvet cloth to cover....
syuki
Guess what, UC has the Sauron Sword prop.

It was never in the movie but it would be cool if UC decided to release it.

Yeah, just posting to let you all know that UC has the prop of the sword, so there may be a fools hope that they might release it.
noelchiew
oh ok... well, they could depending on demand. i think they would do this LE too if it was ever made.

prob wont be soon, they have many to do first.
T711

nice!!! laugh.gif laugh.gif like the way, he put a orange blub inside to light up sauron's eyes.
noelchiew
well, it lets you see his eyes and nose. but then it isnt meant to be like this in the movie right?

i've heard of some ppl who didnt like the underside of the guantlet. but i think it doesnt matter also. since it isnt showing when displayed. and i think it has to be like that so it's comfortable and easy to move.
