yes, there are mini swords.
many collectors here actually collect the weapon set.

which rangers from legolas, aragorn to even the ringwraiths.

there are also other kinds of mini swords that are like letter openers. the "feng yun" kinds

mini helms got alot also.

you can go to www.sideshowtoy.com to view their full list of LOTR stuff.

sad to say u might have started to late for many of the products have been sold out and discontinued. However there are still many pieces coming so dun be thinking too long before u make ur first purchase.

laslty the best place in Singapore to get your stuff has to be SimplyToys.

they are located at far east plaza, and raffles place mrt. They carry the full line of sideshow stuff so what u want, u should start searching from there first.

good luck, happy collecting. wink.gif

the best place to go is Simply Toys. they are the official distributor in S'pore for the SSW mini helms and weapons set. they also retail the UC mini swords that you're looking for. you can check out the Shop Directory on the left of the screen for the shop address.

well, firstly, I would like to join our big family! And u would soon find that the power of the ring, is indeed, very powerful....precious........

*ahem* well, back to the topic, I think like what Elven archer had said, Simply toys would be a good place to get your SSW!!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

I know Simply Toys... I got some of my Master Replica Mini Lightsaber from them.

I know there are like 6 or 7 Weapon Set (Please correct me if i'm wroing). Of all the Weapon Set which one is the hardest to get? How much is the average price for this set.

As for the Mini Helms... how many are already out?

Yeah... I think I have started too late on collecting LOTR. As I've been very busy with Transformers and Star Wars.

Do you think I can also find these stuff in Yahoo Auction.

Again, Thanks.

if u have not get any single mini helms, then its best to get from ST as they are able to sell those out-of-production/retired + current available helms in a full set to u... so this is the best chance to get EVERY helms in the collection.... wink.gif

Storm... I got a few Mini Helms from Ebay in very good price. I think those were the common ones.

Hello snarl, welcome to our family of collectors! You sure you wanna start on SSW collection? There is no turning back, and you will be hit by the Boromir Effect (BE). Resistance is futile and you will be assimilated!! heheheh clap.gif In time you will understand what this means rubchin.gif

I just got my collection of weapons sets from ST in the past month. There are altogether 9 sets issued by SSW and 1 set (the Arms of the Fellowship Collection One) is completely sold out worldwide. ST carries all remaining 8 sets. It's S$72 each (member's price) and you pay less if you get all 8 sets together as a package.

I am still hunting for the elusive Fellowship Arms Collection One weapons set on ebay.

Go see Ann at the ST Raffles shop and say that we sent you. You will be well taken care of, but beware that you may end up buying more than you intend! wallbash.gif

Now for the SSW mini helms. You can either collect all the good guys, or all the baddies, or a selection of both, or the entire collection of mini helms. Some of the rare ones are sold at ST only as part of a package. Those found on ebay are not the common ones but more of the rare ones. Fortunately for us, some of these may still be in stock at ST. Check them out.

SSW has a new line-up of mini helms for this year. ST is also taking pre-orders for them. Suggest that you do so before stocks and/or allocation runs out.

I have ordered items direct from SSW before, and I do get them faster than anyone else here becos SSW ships via Fedex. Orders thru ST take a little longer to arrive but you do save on shipping costs.

ST also carries the UC mini swords. They may not have all in stock though. As you already know, the mini swords come in either clam cards (as letter openers) or with display stands. If you can't wait and are willing to pay a bit more, Caesars at Suntec has the entire range of 8 swords available in both types.

What else do you need to know? We are more than happy to help you spend your money, LOL drool.gif

snarl
Guys... Thank you very much for all the info that you all shared. I will surely visit ST very soon.

I think I will focus first on the Weapon Set and Mini Swords as I think ST still have most of them.

hi anyone has experiences on ordering toys from abroad? is it cheaper ordering online?
noelchiew
well, sometimes you are able to find toys being priced attractively, you just have to compare to see if it's worth it or not.

if it's not much diff, ppl rather save the hassle and just buy locally.
dawgee62
Some toys you can't find locally but are available on overseas websites. If they are rare, or you really want the item, and you are willing to pay the price, by all means order from overseas. Usually will have no difficulties with shipment. In fact, most of us have been ordering much of our stuff from overseas.
