This mod has an elven race which has really amazing units like gil galad, elrond and haldir. They can be galadrim, haldir's galadrim, and even prologue elven warriors.
you guys can also try the epic warfare mod below. It has realistc blood splashing and also many new units.

yup, thats gothmog. likewise you can get him to walk like an idiot, or ride on his wrag.

I realised that when I installed some of the mods, they don't work. I get some error message.
so far i only tried 2 mods ghazi. so i'm not aware of the rest.

yeah I didn't install the official BFME patch. that could be the reason.

most mods come with an installer so basically u just need to follow the instructions and it will install itself. most of them have a different icon from the original which will appear on your desktop for u to click on to play the modded version.

yeah. I d/led the 2nd patch, 1.02. u need it to run the mods. quite interesting to play with the mods, especially when u play the campaign. at Lothlorien, u get to use Haldir, Gil-Galad and Galadriel too.

i feel modor becomes way too powerful now actually.

me playing the Elvenstar mod too. btw, for the original game, what is the maximum number of troops u can have? was it 300?
300 for modor i think.
