Hi,
I recently read the illustrated Weapons & Warefare book but there are still some questions i hope fellow fans can help answer:

1) Aragorn is a Numenor descendent but not a Numenorian? Numenorians are supposed to be taller than normal man rite?

2) Aragorn is still blessed with longer life than normal man because he is from the line of the Numenor kings?

3) Was Gil-Galad shown in the movies? I don't recall seeing him. Only Elrond. Was there a scene that show Gil-Galad being killed by Sauron?

4) What's the difference between Goblin and Orc? Got a pic? Cos the Uruk Hai was supposed to be a cross the Goblin and Orc.

5) The Elves were originally from the Undying lands. How is Valar related to the Elves?

6) Gandalf is a maia spirit like Sauron?

i can only answer a few.

1) taller i dont know, but he can outlive normal humans.

2) i m not sure if his long life is because of the line of kings or his race.

3) he was shown..merely more than 3 secs. he was seeen spearing an orc. that was all. nothing else.

4) goblin has big eyes and they climb walls(thats all i know). they live in mountains or caves(not very sure)

6) Gandalf is a maia spirit..sauron i dont know

2. Numenoreans are humans blessed with long lives. So it's bcos of his race

6. Sauron used to be one of the Maia as well, working for Morgoth.

4)i read tat in the lotr convention....Urk-Hai were once elves...however they torture and thus were consumed by evil turning them to wat they are ...and therefore theny can be said "part" elves but goblin is ...must be another kind of monster i think


2)you are rite !Aragon is a descendent of Numenor........is like singaporeans chinese whose ancestors where from china....however these singaporeans chinese cannot be classified as china chinese rite
